Rail Fastening System
Rail fastening system is used for fastening the steel rail and railway sleeper. The function of rail fastening system is to maintain the gauge and prevent the vertical and horizontal movement of rails relative to the position of the sleeper. A fastening system is usually consist of rail tie plate, spike, clip, rail anchor or other fasteners.
Railway fastening system can be classified into various types, such as E-clip rail fastening system, Nabla clip rail fastening system, SKL clip rail fastening system, KPO clamp rail fastening system, Spring blade fastening system, High speed rail fastening system, etc. Rail fastening system gives it full play to buffer and absorb the shock that train pressed on the rail. 1.SKL Rail Fastening System
There are three kinds of SKL Fastening System, SKL3, SKL12 and SKL14. It is consist of SKL tension clip, Ss35 screw spike, flat washer, plastic dowel, guide plate and rail pad. The specification is as the following:
